One practical note about timing, because it interacts with the sixty-day window: a refund has to be authorised, posted and received inside it. Emailing on day fifty-eight and waiting for a reply is how a valid claim becomes an argument, and telephoning on day fifty-five is how it does not.
What this SodaSlim website does with what you send it
